We are aware of the difficulties of knowing your exact group size that’s why when you book a package
in advance of 5 weeks we just need you to advise us of your rough group size, you can change your group
size to the right number when you pay your balance.
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £50.00 which secures your whole group booking.
This can be paid by any major debit/credit card.
Your package will be confirmed in writing. This will confirm what you have booked, how much you have paid and the balance due
date.
The package balance is due 5 weeks prior to arrival, this is the best time to make number changes.

Once you have paid in full if you reduce numbers off the booking any monies paid for this person / persons will be lost.
Subject to availability numbers can be increased.
Telephone the Bournemouth Stag and Hens team to book your Stag or Hen package.
Bookings can be made over the telephone or received in writing, once you have paid your
deposit we will then confirm your booking.
It is understood that those booking a stag or hen party by telephone or in writing
accept our booking conditions and that the person initiating the booking is responsible for
making all party members aware of them.
On receipt of your deposit your package will be confirmed in writing, stating what you’ve
booked, how much you have paid and when your balance is due.
The balance is due 5 weeks before your arrival date, this is the best time to make number
changes.
On receipt of full payment your Confirmation will be sent to you. Please check
this carefully. If you have any queries please contact us straight away.
You can reduce numbers off the booking up until 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Within 5 weeks of arrival you can only increase numbers, subject to availability.
We regret that we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of inaccuracies in any
documentation within 7 days of receipt.
The balance of your account is payable no later than 5 weeks before your arrival date.
Please note that we may not send reminders.
If full payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as
cancelled and you will be liable for a cancellation charge (see below, cancellations of whole
booking).
Cheques should be made payable to Bournemouth Stag and Hens LTD. We also accept payments by
credit/debit card.
All changes must be made directly with Bournemouth Stag and Hens.
Changes to activities / accommodation will be deemed as a cancellation (see below) where
alternatives cannot be found or are unavailable.
Similarly cancellation is deemed to take place for a section of the booking where there is
withdrawal from a whole activity, reduction of activity numbers below providers’ minimums, or
reduction in a whole night’s accommodation.
We may not be able to alter your itinerary or group size after your itinerary has been sent
out (5 weeks prior to arrival)
All cancellations must be received in writing immediately. Cancellation charges are as follows,
percentages referring to the total price:
More than 29 days before arrival. (loss of Deposit)
28 – 0 days before arrival (100 %)
Where unforeseen catastrophic events prevent us from our obligations under our contract with you. Bournemouth Stag and Hens Ltd cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where you suffer any injury, damage, expense or loss of any description as a result of Force Majeure.
Those using the facilities of our suppliers automatically agree to be bound by their conditions,
for example regarding safety and cancellations.
Activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions, which could affect clients’ safety.
We cannot be held liable for any of your costs incurred when suppliers cancel activities at short notice.
Bournemouth Stag and Hens reserves the right to make alterations to activities, accommodation or any
other arrangements, at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond
Bournemouth Stag and Hens control.
We undertake to inform you of any such changes as soon as we are advised.
Should a substitution be made of lower value, you will be entitled to compensation up to the
net value of the portion of the activity you missed.
We endeavour to work only with reliable third party suppliers, who manage their activities to
the highest safety standards.
Many of our activities have age, height, weight or other special restrictions. These may be
detailed on the website but, if in doubt, please check with our team before booking.
Additionally, where an activity includes an element of personal risk, suppliers may require
participants to sign disclaimers before taking part.
Please also note our suppliers have the right to refuse entry, use of their equipment or use of
their accommodation should you turn up intoxicated, you will not be refunded for loss of part
or the whole of your package.
Please also note our suppliers have to take into account your and other participants safety.
You are responsible for any damage you cause to the accommodation or other property of our Suppliers.
Personal property is your own responsibility at all times.
Most Suppliers will require a behaviour bond.
You are advised to take out adequate personal / cancellation insurance for your protection. Please confirm
with your insurers that your insurance policy covers the package you will be participating in.
Suppliers appreciate feedback – good or bad. If you feel you have any cause for complaint
during your break, you must raise it, at the time, with the provider (or us, if we are available).
If a difficulty could be resolved ‘on the spot’, it is not generally considered reasonable to seek
redress from us at a later date.
If problems cannot be resolved there and then, notify us in writing within 14 days; we will do
our best to reply to your letter within the next 10 days.
Failure to follow this procedure excludes us from any liability.
Our website’s descriptions and illustrations reflect our understanding of each activity we offer
and are given in good faith. However, we reserve the right to vary prices without notice.
All payments made to Bournemouth Stag and Hens Ltd are held in a deposit holding account until after your event, this means in the unlikely event of Bournemouth Stag and Hens Ltd failure your money remains safe.
